★ I have the right to refuse commissions. Please visit the commission sheet page to view the themes I will and will not draw.★ Please be polite and patient. I prioritize customer satisfaction and will happily listen to any concerns, but I will not tolerate disrespectful behavior and will cancel the order if necessary.★ Prices listed on the commission sheet may fluctuate depending on complexity.PAYMENT + REFUNDS
★ Forms of payment accepted are Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal in USD currency.★ 25% of the total price must be paid up-front before I send the sketch. The other 75% must be paid up-front before I send the polished piece.★ Customers will receive refunds based on how much of the commission is completed. Requests to refund after completion of the art piece will not be accepted.★ In the rare case that I will not be able to complete your commission, I will issue a refund.PROCESS + REVISIONS
★ Please send reference sheets of your character(s). For characters I am not familiar with, provide a brief description to ensure accurate characterization. It would also be appreciated if you provide ideas for poses, backgrounds, color palette, props, etc. If no references are provided, I may charge extra for design labor, as it will take more time for planning.★ I will ask if any adjustments are needed before continuing and throughout the process. Several requests for changes after the sketch may result in an additional fee. However, reasonable minor changes after completion can be accepted without a fee.★ Throughout the process, I will send progress photos in low resolution. Please be responsive. Make sure you point out any mistakes in these progress photos in full clarity. Otherwise, any major changes further in the drawing stage will take more time to fix and result in fees.★ A typical drawing is estimated to be completed within 2 weeks (may take up to a month). However, this is not a fixed time period, as I am a busy college student working on other commissions. I will not accept deadlines, but I will finish your commission ASAP. If there are any delays, I will also provide a notice ASAP.★ The final art piece will be sent as a Google Drive link to ensure the quality of the file. No physical copy will be delivered.USAGE
★ Commissions are for personal use only (icons, banners, etc.). You may share the work publicly with artist credits stated clearly. If you wish to use my art for commercial use, you may request so with an additional fee.★ Tracing my art is prohibited. Putting my art through generative AI engines or using my art for cryptocurrency is prohibited. Do not edit or claim my art as your own.★ Let me know if you would like your commission to be private. I, the artist, reserve all rights to the commissioned piece.
